Hwi is a fashion illustrator based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, known for her elegant watercolor illustrations that celebrate the beauty of women. Her artistic journey began during the pandemic, reigniting her passion for art and inspiring her to pursue fashion illustration professionally. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Iowa State University in the US. Before fully dedicating herself to illustration, she worked as a full-time insurance agent but ultimately chose to follow her creative calling. 

During the pandemic, Hwi found herself with more time to engage in her passion for art. Seeing this as an opportunity,
Hwi made the bold decision to pursue a career in fashion illustration. Over the past two years, she has actively collaborated with various brands, making a name for herself in the industry. Her work includes live illustrations, grand openings, and marketing events with fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands.

Over the years, Hwi has collaborated with esteemed fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands, bringing her artistic vision to live illustrations, grand openings, and marketing events. Her client portfolio includes prestigious names such as Hermès Beauty, Dior, Kate Spade, Marc Jacobs, Michael Kors, L’Occitane, and The Stylish Bride New York.

Beyond brand collaborations, Hwi’s work has gained international recognition. She was featured in Lifestyle Portugal magazine, where her journey as a fashion illustrator was highlighted, and was invited to Milan Fashion Week, further cementing her presence in the fashion industry. She has also earned the INSIDE LVMH Certificate, deepening her knowledge of luxury branding, retail, and customer experience.
